Public Forum – Transgender Community Issues and Concerns relating to Pride

The Metropolitan Police Service is holding a public Forum on 29th July 2008, at The Main Conference Room, The Abbey Centre, 34 Great Smith Street, SW1P 3BU from 6pm – 8pm for members of the Transgender community to discuss the issues arising out of an incident in the public toilets in Trafalgar Square during Pride London celebrations on 5th July 2008.

There will be a Forum Panel of senior police officers, including myself, Pride London Organisers and Transgender Community Representatives leading the debate and available to answer questions.

If you need signers/hearing loops, wheelchair access or any other requirements please let us know.

Please arrive at the venue from 5.30pm onwards for refreshments prior to the meeting commencing at 6pm. The meeting will conclude at 8pm.
